How Long is the Apprenticeship?
The typical length of time to complete this apprenticeship is 18 months (not including the EPA process). During this time before the EPA process, you will be working and learning new skills and practices that will help you and give you valuable knowledge required for the completion of the apprenticeship.
What paths can you take after completing the Lead Practitioner In Adult Care Level 4?
As part of this apprenticeship, you are required to complete an EPA (End Project Assessment) to successfully pass. After completing the final stages of the apprenticeship process and passing you will receive a Level 4 certificate. Opening a range of job roles such as:
